Creating Your Home Practice

Your yoga space doesn’t have to be fancy — just intentional. Here are a few simple ways to set yourself up for success and stay consistent in your practice:


1. Create a Dedicated Space
Choose a quiet corner in your home where you can unroll your mat and return to it often. When your space is ready, your mind will follow.

2. Schedule Time for You
Treat your practice like a priority — not a backup plan. Add it to your calendar at a time that works best for you, and show up for your “Self” like you would for someone you care about.

3. Set a Gentle Goal
Start with two to three classes a week, or explore one themed collection that speaks to what you need right now. Let your goals guide you, not pressure you.

4. Be Flexible With Your Commitment
Life gets busy. You’ll fall off track — and that’s okay. What matters most is returning with grace, not guilt.


Remember: half the practice is just showing up.
